Well for us... the wife decided that it was finally time to order a dining room set for our 1 year old un used renovated dining room.

1300 bucks later we have seating for 8... lol.

It was delivered this past weekend... so now that we have a dinning room set... we offer to host TG here.

Sooooo thats our plans... our first time hosting with both sides of the family as a married couple.

We hosted for her family once before and I swore Id never do it again... cause the raw turkey was gross... it was like I was at an autopsy without the smell... lol

This year my buddys restaurant is making me the turkey... smoked and scrumtralecunt....

Gonna start the day sitting by the morning fire drinking coffee with irish cream. then my wife will be preparing a traditional thanksgiving dinner, oven roasted turkey for the first time in years. I usually smoke the turkey but just dont feel like it this year. After dinner gonna start consuming pints of homemade keg beer, I have a pumkin brown ale and american amberbock on tap right now. and a vanilla porter in bottles. We will be being joined by my recently divorced sister and possibly one of my brother in laws. And if there are any members displaced for the holiday and in this area you are welcome to join us. just send a pm. And I'll send you directions.

Wednesday night, dinner at the gf's parents with her family and bring the kids. Thursday, drive halfway across pa to her grandmothers for another dinner, maybe meet man purse so we can swap parts. My side of the family dinner is at my mothers next weekend.

Well my one friends comin over later today. His soon to be ex psycho wont let him see his kid and doesnt want him 'to ruin thanksgiving' for his son. B&$ch is usin the kid as a pawn in their divorce after she got my friend arrested over stuff she made up (called sheriff n made up story cuz he wouldnt bring dog back t she kicked out with him) and he facin jail.

Hope the idoit brings beer.

Been thru that. It sucks. But if she falsified police reports it can turn quick, hence why my ex dropped it fast

I posted in another forum what I was thankful for, it's car related so I'll paste here, but I spent the day with my pops and I'm most grateful for that.

What I was going to complain about: I was going to complain about the standard two car garage I'm working with, it's like 19x19.

The previous place had a 2.5 car carport, much roomier but no walls, just a roof.

The caprice is longer than 18 feet. In order to get to the other side of the car I have to roll under it with a creeper, or crawl. I have it up in the air with a product called myliftstand.

If I was in my twenties I wouldn't be talking about it. But I'm not in my twenties, my body reminds of that as I work on the car with the limited space.

But, I'm not complaining, I'm being thankful- when in rains I'll be dry. When it snows I'll be alright, when it's windy I won't be blown away. When it's cold or hot, well i haven't order the garage door insulation yet so no comment for now. But I ain't complaining.

Some folks have big'ole garages, some have none. Instead of looking at the better stuff, I'll be happy with what I got.

No problem... Ollies. 98 bucks. As compared to the nearly identical one she ordered and we sent back from Macy's that was like 500 bucks...
