So hypothetically speaking. Does anyone know if there is a kit to swap a 6spd into a b-body, if u have everything from a "donor" fbody?

Ie; mounts... etc.

Crossmember

Theres an install pdf on the grail from mike fetko that i texted you. Basically, it would be really easy for chris to swap it considering you have a full parts car there with just the f2b kit.

No problem. Like i said since you have a parts car, the f2b kit and a crossmember is all you need outside of the pedals/hydros/a stock flywheel/clutch/the reverse lockout switch and clutch switch. Its honestly minor lol

And chris could even mod the factory impala crossmember with a little grinding and welding. Plenty of pics online on how to do it. Then its a simple cut in the floor for shifter, and console mods are minor to make it look factory.

The f2b kit uses the fbody pedals (f 2 bbody) so definitely keep them. I know the kit is a ton cheaper than some of the others.

Yeah i would use the f2b kit and clear image crossmember since u have a parts car. If you didnt then id use the other one

Ok... so we have links and kits for the mechanical part of the swap. What about the Aesthetics aspect for the interior. How do u get that finished factory look to the center console?

I am a little late to the thread....But regarding the console trim piece for the 6 speed I suspect Josh at Three Pedals would be the best source.

I got his kit when he was BBHP back in 05. The console insert is a perfect factory look IMHO

Not sure who my bro used, when I got the car, didn't really care for the boot arrangement, so had one of our sheet metal guys (perks of working in the aviation biz) make a plate, then our interior guy sew up a boot.
