Lt1 fuel pressure ?

I just swaped a 95 lt1 in my 85 monte ss, I was thinking of using the corvette filter/regulator but the pressure is set at 58 psi. I was just wondering if if I could run that high a pressure. I know I would probably need a tune.

You can run it at whatever pressure you want really so long as the system will support it (line burst pressures, ability of the fuel pump to keep up, proper atomization at the injectors, etc). You WILL need to have it tuned because changing from whatever the base pressure rating of the injectors is to something else will impact their flow characteristics.

Which Corvette filter/regulator are you talking about though? 99+ Corvette's got the returnless style like you mentioned, but they don't make a returnless style LT1 fuel rail, so it's going to kind of be a moot issue anyway.

I was thinking of modding the rails with a/n fittings and just capping one side.
