Thanx all for the compliments. I went with the Ultra-z hood because it is different. DOnt see a lot of them. I like the rims, but i have my eye on a set of sp500 knock offs in black with a deep machined lip in 17 and 18 combo. I wnna keep with the black and red theme.
I must say all the cars in this thread look awesome, it is weird what a few minor mods can do to the whole look of a car.

believe it or not, the doors fenders quarter panels and spoiler/trunk are factory paint.

the headlight doors, gfx and rear bumper were painted about a year after that pic was taken (i took the pic the day after i bought the car in may 05) and the bumper was painted at that time but has been replaced twice due to a car wash that wasn't careful and bumped something with it and due to a farmer who dropped a bale of hay on the road that i didnt quite swerve enough to avoid) the hood was installed and painted in march of 08 along with the roof being repainted at that time. I also had the headligts redone again when the hood was repainted.

oh i almost forgot i did do a bit of work to the back end. i changed the taillights (mine were starting to split in one or 2 spots which hadn't really happened yet in the first pic) and added a new bird logo. you can also see how dull the paint looked on that rear bumper in the first pic, lol

I don't have any before's of my ol' Red Z28 unfortunately as I recently had two hard drives crash and don't have any pics on my photobucket of it stock. I bought it with only tint and installed a LT1 SS Spoiler, black turn signals, camaro fill ins and removed the dealer sticker off the rear (along with new tires, k&n fipk, etc.)

Theres the guy that lives across the ocean (not sure which country right now) but he has the silver 4th gen and also has a 2nd gen fbody.

His car has the candy corn tail lights and the humungous license plate on the front.

I never thought to take before pics.Had the chrome salad shooters.
And I had the headlight buckets painted red to match the car.Also had SS hood installed and gHad the mantra paintedblack.
So heres a few of my car as it is now.
I painted the buckets back to black myself.Not the best but ok.

They were all flat black from the factory. Except Black ones were gloss black. They're cleared over so they typically shine pretty good.

Thanks. It has been a fun little project. I am curently building my kids car too. It is a 91 Z and I am putting an lt1 in it. Car has 40k on the clock. It is his first car. All on his dime though so he repects it. He always wanted to do a father/son project. Should be on the road in early spring. The car was my engine builders car. It had been sitting in a sealed container since 1999. My kid got a suprise when I took him to the shop, opened up the container and asked him if he wanted it. He got the car and a 15k mile motor and trans from a wrecked impy SS for 3k. Here is his car, need to get more updated pics.... (We got some alum. heads to throw on it yet. They are just sitting in the garage)

these aren't exactly right after I got it, at this time I had put the correct size tires on, had 235's on the front, two different brands might I add, and 245's on the back, and yes, they were the 11 inchers, the wheels had black center caps too. If you look closely at the tops of the fenders you'll see that clear is gone or going too.

Yea the hugger looked like Sh*t i didnt like it.. it was to bright.. we rushed it.. and didnt put down enough clear so it didnt look good... I kinda wanted to do a Sunset orange but i see alot of T/A's with it.. plus other cars (350z, ecplise's, Caddys,etc) so instead i went with the Solar Orange... a little darker in the day but at night or when the sun is just right the Orange Pops!.. I need to repaint the Z now the paint is getting old and the bumper is oxidizing... But im keeping the NBM i love that color!

2 summers ago, I've been away with the Army since then, so nothing much has changed since this pic was taken. It has different rims on it now, but it's basically the same.

Sitting at home are the performance parts I've accumulated during my time in the military, as well as a set of Deep Dish C5 wheels in Black/Machined finish. Car's been lowered on a set of Eibach springs about 1.5", don't know if that was done when the pic was taken. I think it was, but I thought I'd mention it. Project thread to come.
