Well after pouring my wallet and blood into my 2010 Camaro 2SS/RS M6, there was still a void. My Camaro was a great daily and aside from needing steeper gears (want not need*), I never felt truly satisfied. Sure, it looked good, finally sounded great, and was a solid performer. But, it lacked certain things that I truly wanted in a DD.

2011 CTS-V, A6, Black Raven, 25k miles, 2 tone ebony and ran interior, nav/sunrood, CAI and possibly more. I know, auto and another black car - I must be crazy! You're right. M6 cars are super tough to find within 300 miles, and even then you're looking at miles and high cost. I'm not excited about having another black car, but can always wrap it. I really wanted blue, red or white. But I'm stuck in a dark, dark dirty swirly hell for now haha.

Goals? Look over the car! Tune after the T/A is done. Then just enjoy the thing. Darker tint is high on the list. The painted wheels are a bit blah. Gunmetal would look better for sure. So far that's about it. Ultimately, if like to do normal stuff like pulley, cam, small stall, injectors, and whatever else it takes to satisfy my thirst. I plan on keeping this around for a long time... Its so Damn comfortable and solid.

Haha thank you! This was more of a right deal at the right time thing. I've actually been watching the V2 market and lurking in the communities for a couple years. I'm in love!

Great pickup! Good luck with it. They are great cars. This was my 2nd choice in my search. If I had one, I know I'd prob mod the piss out of it.

Today was a good day... Haha

So day 2 with the car... I regret nothing except color choice. Covered in pollen and bugs, every flaw sticks out like a sore thumb lol, but I still can't believe I have one. Took it out a little today, enjoyed some twisties and was impressed at how much more planted it feels versus the 5th gen. And the Camaro was no slouch in the corners as it was lowered over an inch, Pfadt sway bars and trailing arms, and a decent tire. The V was rock solid and had no issue powering through them.

The Cadillac tax is killer on go fast parts, so making it a monster won't be in the cards for a while. The exhaust is 100% stock but I like the tone. I may have the cats deleted and some resonators welded in prior to the tune - we shall see.

Not to thread jack but excellent choice! My brother got the same except his is the weekend warrior. Raven M6 almost all the same options! currently just has corsa extreme cat back. They ride so nice and are very nimble in corners for their weight. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160526/4d3e8b21bd7f3cec35e577ee882dc03f.jpg

Good luck finding an M6 V2, let alone an M6 wagon...or any Vagon for that matter. Fortunately, I wasn't very picky in my search - primarily A6 and stock seats (no Recaros). I didn't want black since it's impossible to keep clean, but I'm a glutton for punishment.

Looking back, I would have liked to test drive an M6. I don't regret the A6 one bit, but I bet the M6 wakes the car up significantly. The auto makes the LSA feel sluggish, but I'm sure a tune and stall would wake it up a lot. Once it finally kicks down to the right gear, the car is a freight train and pulls and pulls.

Congrats, those are bad ass daily drivers. Couple basic bolt ons those cars can be really mean, most people leave the stock converter in them.
