Hey guys, I am selling my true dual over the axle exhaust and the person interested in it has an Ls1. I just wanted to make sure it would fit an ls1 car without major modifications to the exhaust. I expect that a muffler shop may have to do some cutting, bending, or extra welding to mate it up, but nothing crazy? The car it would be going on already has pacesetter longtubes.

Basically my setup is 2.5" pipe coming off hooker longtubes with an h pipe and then both pipes run where the original intermediate pipe was:

I just wanted to make sure it'll fit the car ok before I sell it to them.

It should fit with limited modifications. Are you running a upper panhard relocation mount?

no, using the stock stuff.

I believe the angle coming off the longtubes is different, so that part may need to be modded

Cool. What's your suspension setup? How was ground clearance? What mufflers did you use?

It should be able to work with a few minor modifications. Sick set-up though!! :claps:

the pipes that collect to the collectors will have to be reworked. the driverside on ls1s are kicked out towards the side more instead of straight like the lt1s. you might get lucky and beable to use the passenger side as is but it might throw off how the pipes sit in the tunnel area.

Hey guys thanks for the responses. The ground clearance was fine, never scraped anywhere except the hooker collectors. Suspension is all stock aside from some LCA relocation brackets.

as you can see they pretty much disappear when viewed from behind. In the shot above I was kneeling down very low...in the shot below I was shooting from a little bit higher.
