Its a 1987 Porsche 944 Turbo (951)

Car caught fire in 2005 so I decided to bastardize the thing.

Iron headed LT1, ported and polished heads, 1.60/2.02 valves, CC306 cam, comp 918 springs, GM dual plane intake, AED Ultra 650 Carb, Mid length headers, dual exhaust (http://rover.ebay.com/rover/13/0/19/DealFrame/DealFrame.cmp?bm=293&BEFID=96477&acode=316&code=316&aon=&crawler_id=482306&dealId=1ch-de34kZHrWtAS53BljA%3D%3D&searchID=&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.americanmuscle.com%2Fflowmast er-forceii-axleback-13gt.html%3Futm_content%3Dflowmaster-forceii-axleback-13gt%26utm_campaign%3DShoppingMusOnlyV1%26utm_sour ce%3DShopping_com%26utm_medium%3DShopping%26AMID%3 Dflowmaster-forceii-axleback-13gt-MusOnly&DealName=Ford%20Mustang%20Flowmaster%20817591%20Fo rce%20II%20Axle-Back%20Exhaust%20System&MerchantID=482306&HasLink=yes&category=0&AR=-1&NG=1&GR=1&ND=1&PN=1&RR=-1&ST=&MN=msnFeed&FPT=SDCF&NDS=1&NMS=1&NDP=1&MRS=&PD=0&brnId=2455&lnkId=8070676&Issdt=160427051359&IsFtr=0&IsSmart=0&dlprc=606.97&SKU=SMflowmaster-forceii-axleback-13gt-MusOnly), MSD 6AL2 Programmable ignition.

Some things have changed since the pics (will update tomorrow)

Have since installed a new return style fuel system, dual feed lines to carb and aeromotive regulator, new aluminum fuel cell, some changes to cooling system, catch can installed, etc. Things are constantly changing.

Car runs good. Weight is around 2600lbs. Still need some work before it hits the strip so no numbers yet. I did outrun my buddy with a brand new M4 who recently broke the record for highest WHP for "factory tunes" M4. Pulled him really hard but of course his car is way nicer.

Thanks for looking.

Very cool, how hard was making motor mounts?

Very simple actually. It's just a simple pedestal design.

What kinda of power are you putting to the wheels?
With that weight and good power you should be a rocket at the track.

I've always liked the 944. Should be a blast!

Not exactly sure of power output yet. I need to weld in 2 o2 bung for the exhaust and a guy I know is going to hook up 2 widebands and check a/f and whp. But I've been procrastinating
