Honestly not really, I view it as bringing attention to someone who doesn't deserve it. A man once known as a great ball player will forever have his legacy cemented as a murderer...what a turn of events!
It's ironic about the timing of this...America is in racial turmoil and we get to rehash a case that brought more racial division among Americans than any other since the 60's. Someone is brilliant!

Whether we like it or not... it is now a part of history... a moment in time recorded forever. I think its going to shed alot of light on the mindset of everyone involved. All of the behind the scenes things that will now be "played" out rather than just having heard about it. I hope i can stay up long enough to watch it.

Thats our judicial system... and if this movie has been done right, then we can see where it went wrong if u disagree with the outcome of the criminal trial.

I agree. Amazingly he got off on homocides which were clearly committed by him, yet he gets locked up for burglary...

Damn... i dozed about 40 minutes into it.

So far it appeared to be very well put together, and the actors they put in there fit the look... sounds of the real people very well.

I think 5 more episodes to go.

Yeah but you and I both know that the majority believe he did it whether he was convicted or not. Having said that, my statement was based more around what people perceive to be true.

Even Chris Rock said "I ain't saying he should've killed em...but I understand" lol!

I know what ur saying, im only stating that we cant call him a murderer when our system stated that he was not guilty. With that being said... its a movie about a person ACCUSED of murder, and not really glorifying the story of a "murderer."

Been following the movie series religiously. It is now 6 episodes in, and it is excellent. It has been done very well, and although Im sure there are some things dressed up, it appears to have alot of things that were not available to the public at the time that are in fact legitimate, shown.

There was margin for beyond reasonable doubt. Did he do it, probably, is there more to the story we'll never know, like other accomplices etc, probably. The things I always felt was really odd was, he was found not guilt in criminal court, but guilty in civil court for murder... Doesn't make a lot of sense, I imagine it has to do with California state law. But to me it seems like you're being tried for the same thing twice?

Its because civil win only needs to prove "THE PREPONDERANCE OF THE EVIDENCE" as composed to "REASONABLE DOUBT" which u mentioned above.

That is why people are never found INNOCENT, they are either GUILTY or NOT GUILTY.
