Me vs Boosted GT

I am wanting to race at an event in March. A No Prep grudge race. 32 car field, small tire class $10,000 to the winner.

Boosted GT will be running in that class. Its 1/8 mile so I will change gear ratio accordingly.

This will be interesting.

Can the ol "LT1" hang?

If there are more than 32 cars signed up they will run an elimination round Friday night to see who makes the show Saturday night.

I glanced at the rules. No W tires allowed. I have 28x10 W on mine right now. If I go back to a 29.5" tire I would have to cut and trim my rear bumper again. Blah

Can I make a suggestion? How about a back up bumper skin. Im sure u can find a second one that u can trim up. That way its just a matter of swapping skins depending on the set up.

how will you adjust your setup? I assume the total n2o shot would be reduced or the progressive is dialled back?

I'm curious because I've entered an 1/8th mile no prep race in August up here in Alberta. They have a separate manual class so I may have a shot to go rounds if my competitors spin...my set up will hopefully go mid 10's in the 1/4 after sorted out on n2o

Sure I did but there is more to it than that. I have some welded on bumper supports I would have to cut off and move for clearance. PITA
