I run the oddysey PC680. Love it! Cruise with it no problem. It is just like a regular battery except it has no long cranking life. Basically your car had better start within 20 seconds of cranking. Other than that it is unnoticeable. It started my car on plenty of 40-low50 degree weather without a hitch, and it weighs 15lbs, which is about 20lbs lighter than stock.

They reccomend the 21lb battery for DD. My car never take more than 20 sec to fire up and since I don't DD the car I think I am going to try the 15lber. Now mounting it will be fun since they are so small...LOL

Don't be mislead by what "they" recommend. You may not need the bigger battery. My car has no A/C, I run the stock radio with 2 speakers, and I have the stock pulleys on it. If you have a bigger stereo, run an underdrive pulley, and run with your foglights on then obviously you'll need a bigger battery. That 11lb braille battery is money well spent. You'll shed about 24-25lbs off of the nose for $199. Your car will 60 foot better.

Yeah, I was thinking about the 11lber too. I might go that route so I can mount it just where I want. 25lbs off the front sounds good too.

i had a good lightweight in my last Z and it rocked. in my opinion had just as much power and cranking ability as a run of the ill fullsize battery. right before i sold the car it was loading up on fuel and would take a god 20 sec to start and the lightweight batt handled it without blinking. I've read they may be too small to relocate to the back though with the power loss through that distance. I kept mine up front

It looks like most are going with the 15lber and not the 11lber? I know were only talking about 4lbs but everything counts....all the manuf sites list 15 as the first you can use with V8 car.
