I love the desserts. The wife also makes a spinach caserole that is killer (amazing, as a kid I hated spinach, now I cant get enough when done right).

I will prob load up on water and fruit before hand so I don't overeat but thats it. Anything goes :lol:

Does that help? I found that the fruit actually wears off quickly and I end up even hungrier.

I try to load up on the meat... no carbs and the triptofan (however that is spelled) puts me in the food coma and I become to lazy to keep eating. Lol.

Headed to my in-laws this year. Food is hit or miss so I tend to not eat that much. I will be stopping by my aunt's who will have a specific dish/snack we all love. Other than that, prob buy a bunch of gifts online for Christmas.

Happy Thanksgiving to you all! I will start the day early lighting the smoker for the turkey I got opening day of the season. cant wait for smoked wild turkey and pecan pie. No dieting during the holidays. just enjoying great food and good times.

Not if it's done right. it's just as juicy as an oven baked. slow is the key, I've been smoking turkeys since the 80's.

I realized I never posted my plans.

Heading to the In-Laws at 1pm. Nice and chill although not a huge fan of the brother in law and his wife.

It has been nice matching the school's vacation time. Full week off, so 5 days plus 2 weekends equals a great 9 days away from work. I freakin needed that.

It is however flying by.
