Yeah I am pretty sure you wouldnt have to drill new holes or anything becuz it doesnt have the posts in the middle like 98-02 ss spoiler.

I went with the 98-02 SS spoiler because I prefer the LED brake light instead of the regular light bulbs. And as far as the fins go, they just rest on the deck lid. They have little rubber "spacers" that fit right under the fins and when the spoiler is bolted down, you dont even notice.

You can usually find one painted to match on ebay for less than 300 bucks. I got mine at a pretty good deal, but I need to paint it.

SLP has them on sale for 199...says reg price is 299
it does have to be painted though but i wouldnt think a decent body man is gonna charge to much to prep and spray a spoiler..at least the one i deal with wont

Its not quite as tall. The bulbs hang down in the middle, and its just more subtle overall. Still, its not a bad peice of equipment though.

God your car looks good.

It's a bolt-on.

Remove the plastic trim under the hatch, remove 4 bolts, disconnect the 3rd tail light. Remove the third tail light and wire into new spoiler, bolt the new spoiler down, connect the third tail light, and reinstall plastic. Should take you 2 hours with your hands tied behind your back.

Shipping will nearly double the price. Don't believe me? Go to the checkout and check for yourself.

It will bolt right in though.

+1 on the 98 and up...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/93-02-CHEVY-CAMARO-SS-HIGH-RISE-SPOILER-WING_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trkparmsZ72Q3a1171Q7c66Q3a 2Q7c65Q3a12Q7c39Q3a1Q7c240Q3a1318Q7c301Q3a1Q7c293Q 3a1Q7c294Q3a50QQ_trksidZp3286Q2ec0Q2em14QQhashZite m270335609640QQitemZ270335609640QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ 5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories

$75 plus a Gimmicky $60 to ship...

Still only comes out to $135 shipped. And it looks better. I got one of these for a friend and painted it for him. Minor fitment issues but looks great. This particular one lacks a light but you can get them with for about $20 more. Or find a GM Parts buddy.

My $.02,
Ivan

i got the 97 SS spoiler because i feel that ALL z28s should have come with these, and all SSs should have come with the 98-02 SS spoiler. there has to be something different between the v6 and z28.

back on topic, it bolts right up. Go for the SLP one, you know itll fit like factory, rather than the knock offs on ebay.
