An innocent lawman is "ambushed" & killed & nobody with a CHL responded? This is f%$#@ing TX people!!! WTF? I have no problem packin' heat legally...or using it in such a situation. More citizens better line up in that sentiment or ya'll are gonna wish ya had !!!

A Harris County Sherriff Deputy was filling his patrol car at a Chevron gas station in northwest Houston Friday night. A black man walked up behind him and shot him in the head first then a couple more rounds, then as the Deputy was on the ground he fired a bunch more rounds into him before runnin' away. The P.O.S. was caught a very short time later...alive. The Deputy never knew what hit him. Now his wife and kids gotta live without him.
