Anyone else here do the upgrade? I just finished setting it up on my computer, and so far I like it. Tunerpro RT opened up and functioned well. I'll check in a little while if it still talks to the car the way it should. I don't see why it wouldn't since it worked fine in windows 7 and 8. One of my favorite windows 7 tools has returned- the snipping tool! It really looks like they took the best of 7 and 8 and combined them. I'm sure there are more features that they added that I'll find, but right now it seems pretty great.
Oh- the upgrade is free for all windows 7 and 8 users too.

I usually wait for the first service pack for an OS upgrade. It looks good. I plan on upgrading to Windows 10 on a laptop I'm working on for someone and will play with it then a bit more.
I have an Nvidia 970 so DirectX 12 will definitely be a nice feature to have. Glad to here the Tunerpro RT program works, that proves to be quite useful for others on this forum!

I really like Windows 7. Windows 8.1 isn't that bad either, they just removed or relocated some of the more useful features of 7. The main one of these being the start menu. I also really liked Windows xp, until I learned Windows 7.
If I do need xp for something, like some of our old software at work, I'll usually just make a virtual machine for it. I haven't played with vmware on Windows 10 yet, I don't have much need for it on my personal computer, but I might anyway just to see how it runs.

You may be able to find some display computers at your local best buy or office depot that have Windows 10 if you want to "test drive" it first.

I haven't downloaded it yet but I beta tested it a while back and I liked it for the most part.

Windows Vista FTW!!
J/k. I always liked XP. 7 is great though, 8 is nice if you have tablet or touch screen laptop. My sister has it on her laptop and I played with it for a bit, and didn't like, but mainly because she has no touch screen. I haven't played with 10 yet, but I think I'd upgrade my laptop before I swapped to 10.

Upgraded my desktop and surface pro 3. No issues and works well. Start button makes me warm and fuzzy.

IF anyone is running the Cisco VPN client on their machine do not upgrade to Windows 10. It will break all your internet/network connections. Uninstall it first then upgrade.
