Few more codes Im trying to decipher.
So 43 is straight forward, the knock sensor. Sounds like the sensor needs to be replaced?
43 - One or both of the knock sensors were either open or grounded for 5 seconds.
Now code 26, its a little japanese for me:
26 - ECM detected the wrong potential voltage at the #1 quad-driver module circuit for 20 seconds.

Maybe these will help. they're for a 93 but it's a good starting point.

Thanks Fastbird!
From reading that it appears it could be a few problems, it talks about AIR pump which I do not have anymore. Talks about a faulty ground on the coil also bent pins in the ECM which I will check for.
One thing I dont understand is monitoring the QDM...how does that occur? It says you can monitor the QDM while checking relays for faulty wires but not sure how the montioring happens.

Did you have your PCM tuneed for !AIR when you removed it?

Yep...was deleted on the orginal setup that was in the car. I had this ECM on my other setup and never got this code. Was retuned for this new setup, wouldnt think my tuner would add it back into the tune.

Honestly, a lot of tuners simply tune out the QDM codes. The QDM 1 code I honestly wouldn't worry about because look at what it controls.

So I checked the coil grounds...look good and tight and is bolted to the block. Pulled the ECM plugs checking for bend or misshaped pins...all look good.
From the diagram...it appears code 26 is stickly related to how the Evap canister, EGR solenoid valve, and the air pump relay. Assuming thats a true statement, how can this code adversly affect the way the car performs if none of those functions are capable on the car?
The only one Im unsure of is the EGR solenoid valve, I did have an EGR valve on the last setup but do not on this one.
