Factory Ram Air Box for sale

Hey Guy's it's been a long time since I posted in the forums but I have another item that I would rather one of you own and put to good use instead of collecting dust in my garage. I have a factory Pontiac Ram Air box - never cut modified or molested. It even has the original factory filter in good usable condition plus the gasket. I no longer need it as I'm running a LS Turbo set up now - Don't hate! I'll always love my LT set up but I wanted to boost the piss out of my car and the LT was set up for road racing / high compression and this was easier. Regardless the box is for sale - first 350.00 takes it. Oh and it includes the MAF and MAF housing - I had it powder coated black.

i see the air boxes going for 275 ALL DAY LONG......it's a fair price.
i have to brag, i got the box but no gasket to the hood,the hood and all related hardware for the box+hoses for 250 off a 96 ws6 t/a. u gotta love craigslist.
that was the exception to the rule if i there ever was one.

the oil bath air cleaner on a 55 chevy is worth big money....back in the day they just got thrown away.if you want to do a proper resto you will pay high dollar for it.
you can but a ws6 ramair hood from alot of aftermarket places but for that hood to be more than just looks you NEED the factory air box so they cost.....
shitty ebay CAI don't do it for me. i had a k&n cai it was nice but kind of like a straw waiting to suck up water and i had a car do that once.
i had a hard-on for a working ram air setup. i searched high and low and if all i had was the hood i would TOTALLY buy this for 275 shipped.
i don't even know this guy selling it but call hawks 3rd gen and ask what they sell em for if you really want a shock.
to the seller i say put it up on ebay.

I did have it on ebay but for a bit higher. I'm only giving a discount here because this forum is full of LT owners and up until the LS swap (that I completed last night) I've been one for over 19yrs - yep had my TA since 1996. But yep going back up on Ebay.

I was thinking about going to the dark side, 04-06 GTO, but I think I'll just keep the old bird, I NEVER see any clean LT1 cars around, so I think I'll just hold onto it and go through the car and replace what's needed to make it like new again.
