I happened across a great deal recently on a hero 3. It's really great. I put one of the mounts on the dome light housing and it's a pretty cool angle.

Clean, generally flat surface and you are set with the suction cup. You don't see those coming off those roll race cars hitting 150+ right?

Finally broke it out of the package... charging it up so i can figure out what accessories to order.

If anyone has any suggestions for HERO1 accessories , lemme know, also let me know what size micro sd card u have found to be "right" as to not keep running out of space.

You are prob fine getting away with any good card but here is what GoPro recommends.

Get a Sandisk class 10 extreme 64gb card. It's overkill for this camera but when you buy another GoPro, it will work nicely.

Fell off the back window when i almost got to work... and fell off the windshield on my way home. Guess ill clean the glass and see if that was the issue. Glad i practiced with interior mounting.

T-top is a good spot. You def want to make sure the glass is clean. I recall you mentioned you were a smoker. I'm not sure if you smoked in the car but that would leave a film on the glass.

I was... used to smoke in the car but have been quit for 3 years now... the ta was bought after i smoked... but idk about the previous owner.

This is amusing. I just got a Hero 3+ Black edition a couple of days ago. Was getting a memory card at BB last night, and they happened to have the roll bar mount on sale for $17........so I had to get it, lol. Will be taking some vids tomorrow for sure, lol.

Only if u have the 3 or 4. 1 amd 2 are not supported by the app without the "backpack"

The ones in OC are all young and do not carry firearms from what I saw. In talking with the security company at our work it seems they may be getting away from the wheel guns and stepping up with the times. It's been awhile since I was in OC. Perhaps things have changed.

Maybe one of the people with more gopro experience can help with that, because as far as I know that's all it does. I'm guessing you'd have to use something like Windows movie maker and make a really fast "slideshow" to put the pictures into a video. Maybe there's software for that on gopro's website. I'll have to look later.
