just paid my taxes..i had to pay fed tax on my state return?????
how is that income? it's a refund for overpayment...
so if something go's on sale a week after i paid for it and i go back and get a refund at walmart for the difference i need to claim that as income???
didn't i already get taxed on that money once?????:wtf?:
am i not going to pay more state tax when i spend it?
i just want to say :ripped: I.R.S:YouSuck::X4::blowme:....okay now that i vented i feel a little better.

I always claim as much as dependants as possible. I'd rather owe them money then the other way around. No need in them making interest off my money

Agreed. Exactly how I do it. GIVE ME MY MONEY when I make it. If I owe something,Ill cut a check.

Thank god for house mortgage and student loan interest, last year I had to pay a crap ton, this year, I got a nice chunk back. :)

i don't mind paying state and local taxes.that is what pay's people like pop8 he actually provides a valuable service!!
i don't mind paying fed tax. but paying fed tax on a state return i just don't get it!! i paid tax on that when i earned it.
you guy's are correct i owed a few bucks to the feds because i had the correct deductions.
i learned my lesson on state i WILL change my state deductions so i owe a few to the state.then the feds can't double tax me.
