Is Spectra owned by K&N?

A week ago I emailed Spectra Performance asking if I could get a small decal for my engine bay since I use their filter. They responded promptly and sent me one.

Atleast that's what I thought. It came from K&N. Is Spectra owned by K&N and they are just creating competition?
