winter plans/already done

so far this winter i've done a few things/bought a few things. for the engine area, i've got an slp cold air intake, loudmouth I catback, polished intake cover from specialized stainless, and i'm having polished covers made for the throttle body plate, battery, fuse box, radiator shrowd, and brake reservoir as well as all the engine caps. they should be here in a month or so. i'm also fabbing up some fuel rail covers to cover up all the ugly wires and junk near the intake. i've also ordered some slp performance floor mats, a bunch of slp documentation to go with my 96 ss, and some little stuff as well. the car is going out in a month to have the nose repainted as well as painting the manta black. i also plan on getting clear corners, polished elbow, pcmforless tune or madz28 tune. *or whatever the mad guy's name is* finally, i'm getting the windows tinted. how do these plans sound? not too much performance, my dad doesn't want me going crazy since i'm only 17 and he hates the fact that my car's faster than his vette to begin with.

yes, i know it's faster stock for stock. he didn't like that either. and no, no pics of the cover, i will soon. pics of everything soon. too damn cold. its like 5 degrees.
