Ordered that roll cage through them and received it the other day. Description reads about how it's "precision bent".
Only thing that's been on the entire kit is the main hoop, all other bars are straight. That's fine if you're wanting to delete your rear seat, however I'm trying to stay away from that. so I emailed them requesting to return it. This is what I received back...
"Roll Cages are a non stocking Item so once they are purchased we do not issue returns on them."
I looked through their shipping and returns policy and seeing where it stated that non stocking or special order items are non-returnable, but can you tell me on the description page for the roll cage that they are special ordered or non stocked items?

No... cant tell at all.
Well that sucks. So there is no warning that its non stock, and its not bent and fitted as they had u believe...

I emailed them and asked them to tell me where its at on their website that the roll cages were special order or non-stocked, because I thought I was buying a spohn roll cage. And when I got it it came in as S&W. So I see now where it can be a non stock item but they need to identify that on their site a little better because as it sits now I've got a pile of tubing that I really don't need. We'll see what happens

I tried to bend chromoly before and it just doesn't go very well without the right equipment. And it would need to be a pretty sharp bend. I honestly think they need to own up to the fact that they didn't have enough information on their site and eat it. I'm fine with their 20 percent restocking fee but its not my fault they misrepresented another vendor's product. I don't know, just pissed

Legally they have to take it back since it does not specifically say that the item is a special order/non stock item nor do they list any specific items that are ineligible for a return in their return policy.
I went through the order/registration process up to the payment step and at no point did I have to agree to a terms of service where the information may be hidden.
If you didn't at a point past where I stopped they don't really have a leg to stand on. Never bought anything from them and provided my memory never fails me I never will.

Call S&W and ask for options, they have always been helpful when I chatted with em.
