32087 doing my cam swap now, pulled the old one and saw this. Motor is a 93 with 160k miles, comp 1.6 rollers, stock cam from what i can tell, this is the only lobe that looks this way, the lifter was fine too....????? Should i worry ?

I would say a lifter failed in the past and they didn't replace the cam.
Does the other side look the same and is that the opening or closing ramp.
Looks like material removal not transfer. correct?

Would you take a pic that shows the profile of the lobe and mark where the damage starts so I can get an idea of where it is relative to the base circle.

More than likely the lifter was being tossed. This kind of damage can be serious because the metal off the cam is hardened and can do serious damage to the piston skirt and cylinder wall. If you are going to reuse the lifter that was on that lobe check for pitting. If it is pitted in any way you must replace it or that kind of damage will happen again.
