I have been busy with work and building others cars lately. Took some time to do a few things on mine for a change.
Some of you know I redid my dash in a custom set up using autometer cobalt gauges. My car runs off Accel dfi aftermarket computer and has a Accel wideband mated to it as well. I opted to not use Accel's wideband gauge as it didn't match what i have in place in my dash. Didn't want to add a pillar single pod to my 2 already in place. I did some research and found that the Accel wideband ouput to the gauge was a 1:1 output. Meaning say 14.7 vdc is equal to 14.7 AFR. So, the search was on for a powered volt meter display with a reference wire built it. Basically the meter was to use a power and ground, and then another wire to display the reference voltage from the wideband. Went on Amazon and found exactly what I wanted. Had the wifey order it up and was delivered to my door in 2 days. Cost.... a whopping $8.95. I took apart the center stack where my lighter was and put the meter in its place. I have a lot going on down there but wanted to keep it as stealth as possible. So with a little effort, it is now in. Here are some pics..
