Hey guys. I have a 1996 Firebird trans am, and since it's over 100k miles, I figured it's time for a catch can. I heard they do alot to help keep the oil from getting where it doesn't belong. Can some one point me in the right direction of install instructions? I can't seem to find any on YouTube. Or if someone can just let me know the general of idea of what I'm going to be doing.

i used a norris motorsports catch can from ws6store.com in the pcv valve line. from pcv into top of can, out side of can to barbed inlet on intake manifold. you should really run two, the second being on the fresh air line from the top of the passenger side valve cover to tb, cut one in there to do the utmost in keeping oil out of the intake/chamber.31627

Thanks for you reply :) I only see one for ls1 engines, not lt1. Can I use the same one?

Jump to around 28 seconds, is that how I install it? I plug it into the throttle body oil line into the pcv valve. I can't exactly find the other place youre telling me to plug one into though, if you got a better picture that'd be perfect!

Yes the ls1 is the same can, it's universal. Pcv valve on drivers side of intake manifold, I'll take pics tomorrow
