Ok guys so I looked and as much videos and how to's before I started to attempt to fix my window motor. Well after awhile I got it off but now that I'm trying to get it back together I wanna kill myself. I can't get any of the holes to line back up for anything. And when I did and got the motor bolted on with 3 screws the window didn't stay up and it came crashing down. So does anybody have any tips for getting it back together? And this weird rubber piece came off and it has a hole in the middle and I don't know where it came off from.

Any pics of the rubber piece? I was in my doors last week so it is still kinda fresh. There are 2 sets of holes for the regulator to mount on the door so be sure you are in the right holes. The reg also has a hook that will hook in the door to help hold it. If you had the motor mounted and the window came down sounds like you didnt have it in one of the tracks or lft one out.

Yeah I will take a picture tomorrow morning. I'm gonna pull the motor and gear out so it's easier. I've been at it too long and I'm pissed at it lol

That's the lower window bump stop. It should slide into a hole in the bottom part of the door.
I bet you didn't use lock washers or loctite when you bolted on the window motor. I made that mistake once, and the nuts backed themselves off. There's only one set of holes the motor will use to bolt up properly. Courtesy of Shoebox:
