Looking to sell a built 385 LT1 motor, would be a turn key drop in setup. All forged bottom end, stock ported heads, and assembled by a reputable shop. You would need to hook up the included PCM, attach wiring and fuel lines, and then race it.
11:1 SCR
LE2s
LE ported intake
SRP pistons
Compstar rods and crank (four bolt straight mains)
Stef's Oil Pan
ATI dampener
TPiS 58mm TB
ultra pro mags, patriot double springs, lunati (morel) link bar lifters
Car went 10.8X@124, which puts the motor at about 440hp. Full details could be provided but just looking for a ballpark of a price point that it would sell at.
I want to ask $5500 but that may be too steep for today's market. Delivery would be doable if buyer is in tri state area.
Thoughts?

I know that the money is there.... the machining... the parts... etc. NO DOUBT, but I think its a hard sell when people know its USED.
I was having similar conversations with firebird_1995 about some of his parts...
Please dont take that as I dont think your stuff is worth it, but at the same time, there is another member selling (I believe a forged internal 355 that was taking 200 shots of spray into the 10s, for like 1800 bucks.... (@chased).

No offense taken, just trying to get a good grasp on what the market would support price wise.
Added more details.

Its not my motor.
And to be clear, this comes complete from top to bottom, so you add power to starter, hook up fuel lines and crank her up. PCM would included (A4 car)

Is the motor a fresh build or what kind of time is on it?
Imo that's steep. .. 3500 for used. 4000ish If it's fresh
Is this the sweet bmxs motor.?

Fresh build, I do not know mileage but it can't be much.
Just trying to get a grasp on what it would move at without taking a huge hit on it. Turn key 10 sec motor basically.

I'd say 4k starting price and maybe 3800 to the right buyer. If you have the build sheet and time slips, along with specifics like mileage, break in detaila, oil change frequency, etc it will only help the value.

Ed Wright just sold his 9sec NA LT4 for 4k...but IMO ask for it all and negotiate from there

I am not sure, I can check for you.
AFAIK the engine builders are confident it can handle a decent size shot but current converter selection never allowed for nitrous.
