Waiting for some custom trim tile to finish it all out, and very excited to use the new fancy shower head. Lol. That is one big head then u can seperate the center for hand or dual use....

Today should be the last day... finished up and cleaned up (everything but paint... gonna wait till we finish entire home renovstions then have thr painters come in and knock it all out).


I need a break anyways. $4500 this week could have bought alot of car stuff lol. But for a 90% redo on the bathroom... plus how bad the mold and wood rot inside under the shower floor plus the kitchen ceiling repair... my guy came in 2509 under lowes estimate!

Old metal banisters will be replaced with big wooden posts and wooden rail with thin posts for furst few stairs and top...

Dining room wallpaper removed. Chair rail will be painted and replaced. Carpet removed and wood floor installed. Chandelier removed and modern replacement purchased today.

Just Curious my dad's done flooring for 38 years and I help him all the time . We power stretch everything so the carpet stays tight .

Most guys are boot and scoot artists . They use a knee kicker . Put it on the pins cut and trim it and a couple years later it's loose.
