When I put my ac on max, I can feel room temp air blowing out of the vents on the dashboard and on my shins/feet.
However no air blows through the center vents which I need the most of course.
Does anybody know what it might be or a checklist of things to check out?
Thanks in advance

Perhaps you could share some information with us first? Like make, year, model, etc. It would be best to put that in your signature so you don't have to keep typing it.

How do I check the check valve?

While checking for leaks it seems like air is escaping through here 30066
It's not from the wires around it, but seems to be coming from the box itself. Is that normal?

The vacuum supply hose from the check valve to the engine is inside the largest wire bundle next to your thuimb. That is probably leaking and causing your issue

Depending on the type and size of the break, you might be able to just repair it with a short piece of rubber tubing.
