Well I found a deal on a 95 Vette, Car is pretty clean, never beat on, about 175,000 miles. Paint is nice except a few little dings, has Glass and a hard top, Needs tires and the rad has a small leak.
Think I should try and grab it?? I could pic it up for 4k. Its my best buds uncles car so I know its history. Im also thinking this might be a good chance to grab this the trade it for a nice truck to pull my Ws6 to the shootout?
Thoughts???

So you could be in an LT1 Vette for less than 5 grand?

Go for it.

They are still pulling 8-12k(more if the mileage is less) so I think thats a steal

Yep! I already have 2, like new 275/40/17s GY F1s for it. So 2 tires and fix the leaky Rad and Im golden. Plus since its a friend, I can give him 2k up front and 1k for the next 2 months,

sounds like a great deal to me, you should end up with a pretty nice truck after it's all said and done.

I'd do it. Those LT1 Vettes are nice and handle pretty well for what they are.

Nah, trucks are overrated.

Although, if I had a chunk of cash laying around, thats exactly where I would spend it.

I'd get the vette and keep it. I love them. I just don't like working on them. I don't know how you car people do it... trucks are SOOOO much easier to work on.

Yeah my old ZR2 was so easy to work on. I would keep it except it would suck in the winter here and I need a truck to pull my Ws6 when needed. Like to the LTXshootout
