Ok... gauge cluster i did some custom work. I purchased a 6le blank that didn't fit right for what i was going for. I still wanted to keep the surround, so i cut up the stock one and modified it to fit it all in place. Did a CF face on it as well. Now people have asked where my tach is... i have a digital one with progressive shift light and playback in my pillar pod. I like the CF look so i carried it over to the dash pad. Going to do a few more accent pieces to match

Son's car (my old one) decided it wanted to play knock knock jokes. Very slight noise on upshift. So a friend of mine had a complete engine with worked heads and cc503 cam. Went and picked it up. Had been sitting for years while his project was on the back burner. Got it home, went through it and found it needed longer pushrods. Picked some up and threw in new lifters for good measure. Yanked his engine out, swapped over his goodies, picked up an fti 3200 converter and bolted it up to a spohn kmember i picked up when i picked up the white Z you see in the pics.... more on that car in a bit.

I also picked up a new SLP SS spoiler and light for the kids car. Got that same time as the kmember

I needed some more storage space since the garagemahal was getting taken over by family stuff. So i built a shed 12x10 to bouse some things in.

Went to rt66 and saw the big guys run. Had rooftop seats and lived like a king all day there from 7:30am til 9:30pm. Long day and had a blast and met some great drivers.

My engine builders were huge in the race karting world for many years on top of being in the top fuel race cars for many years. He decided to drop off some extra karts he had from when they raced. One pictured with my son in it was at the time one of the fastest karts.
It ran 128 mph around daytona. We had been talking for years about when my son got a little older to get him into it. Well not pictured is the kart he will be in. The cart pictured, my 22 year old son will drive.

The white camaro was a good friends car that i have known for a long time. Back from when i was always on z28.com. she and her dad tore it all down for a repaint and build into a drag car. That was 7 years ago and it has sat since her dad was injured and couldnt work on it any longer. We bought it and brought it and two truck and another trailer full of parts back here to build it up and make it live again.

I also had a major hail storm here that destroyed 4 of our vehicles and did major damage to our home. Still in the process of fixing the home. Sons car had 8k worth of damage and only had 400 miles on it. My truck had 5600 worth of damage, wifes truck had about 4k worth of damage and our daughters escape was a total.

In the mean time i have been working like a dog and crazy hrs at work and still working on a friends 1k hp Z build and his 60 caddy resto. Yeah my days dont have enough hrs in them. Need a vacation!

We got hammered with some horrible hail storms here...totalling everything. Sorry for all ur rides and home damage.

Finally had some time to work on the car. Got all the gauges wired in and operational and the dash pad back in. Gonna do some more wiring after lunch and see about getting all the interior back in.
