balance of an engine?

when i first had my short block built i was planing on running an Auto, but about half way through the build i decided to convert to a t56. is there any thing special i need to do? or just use a LT1 spec flywheel?

Is it standard LT1 externally balanced or is the rotating assembly internally balanced?
