Okay I know several people have made lots of different threads about how much different parts weigh. This one's going to be a little different. I have access to a plasma cutter remove excess weight from the car without jeopardizing the structural integrity of the car significantly. I've tried doing some searching and I can't come up with anything really good but can we post some pictures of people who have cut up stuff like the inner fenders in the front, excess sheet metal in the inside of the car, I would really like to get the car under 3200 pounds without spending very much money. I'm talking about doing stuff like cutting out the extra bracing under the hood ... The more pictures you post about what y'all have done will be better than discussing what should be done so please post pictures if you have some.

You would need to make some frame to carry the structure of the car. The inner fenders are structural. I've seen some that carry tubing out thru the firewall to the frame horn and tied into their roll cage. Need to keep mounting points for the struts.

Okay I wonder if instead of cutting the whole thing out and having to put framework back in I wonder if I could hit it with a 2" hole saw and cut several holes into it evenly spaced to keep some rigidity
