Well, my wife's cx7 took a crap and I might have to sell the camaro to get her a new car . I traded my restored 78 Nova for this 96 SS about 6 months ago. I'm just trying to see what these cars are worth. Here are some details on the car...

1996 SS #1493
78k miles
hard-top (with monochromatic option)
6-speed with SLP hurst option
All original SLP parts are there except for the key chains and car cover
New paint job (1 year ago)
New Nitto 555 tires (3 months old)
Gray cloth interior, no rips or tears anywhere, one crack in dash
All stock except a tune from solomon

What do you guys think I could get for it?

Clean, low miles, fresh paint and unmolested. ..

I would say $6-7k if you weren't in a rush or if the right buyer found you fast. I hate to say with the need to sell and all the lowballers out there, $4-5k.

Yeah, he's mentioned wanting to pick up an LT1 SS Hard Top for a while as well as a 30th LT4 SS car.

If I may ask, how much did you pay for the paint job?

Dopey me. I'll reword my question:

OP,

Do you have an idea how much the paint job cost? Was curios because mine is a mess and I'd like to know what others may have paid.

Thanks

Lol no problem. The car was painted by the previous owner in his shop. It's 3 coats of house of color paint and 5 coats of clear. It looks really good, the guy definitely knows how to paint, unlike me lol. Sorry I honestly don't know what it would cost to get it done.

Ya the cx7 is definitely a pos. Nothing but problems with that car. I'm gonna fix it and trade it in.
