For those that remember, in the fall of 2012 my wife had her first pregnancy. 7 weeks in, she started miscarrying and we rushed to the hospital. When they went to ultrasound the embryo to check, they discovered a mass in her abdomen. Come to find out she had a football sized tumor from her diaphragm all the way to her pelvis. The tumor caused her to have a miscarriage and the surgery to remove the tumor had her in the hospital for weeks with 6 weeks recovery at home before she was able to return to work.
Angie being pregnant again is kind of like our return to our original "life plan" and in a way it now let's us put the tumor finally in the past.
