Wondering if those are actual bids. Even if it's considered rare, it's still a 3rd gen. f-body.

There's no bids. It's a BIN or Best Offer, one offer history (unknown price).
I see it being about a $35-45K car.

Ugly? These Hawks are beautiful. I can see it going for around 80-85,000. I saw one go on Barret Jackson few years back for 75,000.

I gotta say, Im with you. But Im biased as it reminds me very much of my 92. I remember searching to get the wheels like this for it... but even when I found a set... at 16 years old... I could not afford them.
IDK what it would go for...but the rarity will def push it up...or NOT sell at all.

Just an opinion ;) lt1/ls1 hawks look better... I'd use that junk to start a bonfire with though!

These are actually the most sought after Hawks. There super rare and made ridiculous power in there day especially the 3 Hawks that got the 375 H.P. 366 Rodeck engine. And one 383 Hawk that was rated conservatively at 425 H.P. The 3rd gen is also the fastest of the Hawks.
Hopefully one day I'll have the cash to get one.

I'm not a fan of the 92 Hawks. I think they'd have looked a LOT better with the T/A Fog Lights and Aero ground effects package like my 91 GTA had:

Yeah Larry, that 91 GTA I posted was my 2nd car ever. Probably shouldn't have ever sold it. Traded it in on a brand new off the floor 99 Trans Am. The TPI 305 and 700R4 combo were no longer cutting it for me in the 91 GTA. Loved that car though, it was so stinking clean. Had 99,9xx miles when I traded it in.

So was I. Couldn't believe I managed to buy that at only 18 years old back in 1996, I mean shoot it was only 5 years old at the time. Loved that car, but it got atrocious gas mileage and was just a dog.

The big isssue with the 91-92 Firehawks are they don't really trade hands outside of a private group of people. All the cars are still alive and the guys who own them know each cars history and whos owned it, keep in mind they only built 25 of them. I don't think it'll sell on ebay because the general public really doesn't have an idea what the car is, but I could see it selling it private sale which makes it hard to judge what the cars are worth. One of the guys who owns one was saying they price them similar to the Fox Body Cobra R cars are selling for. When SLP sold the #1? Press car in 00 or so it was for $30K. They did build a Trans Am version, 1 car, also a convertible and it was for a GM exec, people have offered $200K for that car and been turned down. It was the last 92 Hawk built. That price isn't hard to believe, just wont sell on ebay for that. The later Firehawks though achieved similar performance were very watered down compared to what went in to those 91-92 Hawks. They also had some crazy options, Aluminum Rodeck Blocks, Recaros, Ferrari F40 brakes, cages, fuel cells, etc. Basically a spec street legal race car for some series. I could see a competition car fetching that price to a collector.

I know a local guy whos a big Pontiac collector, him and his dad own like 40+ of these things, but one of they're holy grail cars is a yellow 87 Firebird Formula 350. I've wanted to pick up a nice Formula 350 for years, but they're damn near impossible to find in any form of decent condition and when they do people want unrealistic money for them.
