Here is my small build thread:http://ltxtech.com/forums/showthread.php?25967-1991-RX7-Project .

What would you suggest to make my ccar quicker? For example: 52mm throttle body, air foil, ported intake, etc. I am just curious as to what you guys would think im missing, I am looking into an airfoil and nitrous is in the making.

And would an x or h pipe help any? Im also looking at some cut outs.

i'd do a throttle body, and under drive pulley. small things but all help.
also might need some bigger injectors eventually, not really going to make you faster but 24s are probably getting close to or over 100% duty cycle.

I bought 30 lb injectors, just waiting for a new tune and they will be on. Do you think gasket matching the intake would help? I've read very little about intake work. I know the stock one flows good but it couldnt hurt right?

everything you can do in the line of "proven" enhancements will help. the real question is, "Is it worth the effort and cost for your intended use" IE daily street driven: most things will wreck your dailly drive, especially in max weather changes; burning up the track, "GIT-R-DONE" LOL these are not hard fast rules, just a guideline. I ported and polished a TRX350 for a friend, took us 3 weeks to finly get the Jetting right. It would then out run any 250R out there. then the fall came 20 degrees temp change, we had to rejet it, it ceased to be fun at that point.

Ive got a couple underdrive pulleys id sell. And possibly a ported intake.

Making you silky smooth...

Definitely do bigger injectors, 30# should be more than sufficient. I'd make sure the "ricer" mufflers aren't going to be exhaust plugs. Do something like a dynomax bullet muffler or something you KNOW is going to be free flowing. Pick up a cheap 52mm ported stock TB to augment things, and if you can find one, a holley airfoil to go with it (only one worth it IMO). Port match the manifold to the heads. Save some money and keep the stock fuel pressure regulator, no need for an adjustable. Electric water pump if you have room and want to free up a few more HP.
