Problem uploading avatar...message says "upload file failed" any suggestions???

"Save as" the pic into your picture folder on your comp. Then click browse to re select it back into your avatar. I do that with all my pics and they always seem to upload.

Could be an improper file size, type, there could be tons of things. Post the image and I'll see what I can do for you.

what format is the file? jpeg? gif? etc.

Also what browser are you using?

Browser has nothing to do with it. I'm almost certain it is the file size.
