Every one has to start someware, 12% for a personal loan with no credit line really is not that bad. My first credit card 10 years ago was 23%.

always check out harbor freight for some stuff as well. the quality isnt the best, but for stuff like hammers, trays, and other non stress items they are hard to beat for the price.

This isn't a bad way to build your credit, I was in a bad position starting out and had to build my credit out of a hole, at least your starting out with no credit and not bad credit. Hell over the year my credit went from one of the worst you have seen to better than most americans. So it's doable and this way your getting something that you should be able to use for years at the same time. All this being said though, my credit is soo good now because I don't use credit, lol...
I have credit cards yes, and use it for almost every purchase, but only purchase what I know I can pay off at the end of the billing cycle and haven't accumulated a lick of interest in the past 8 years doing it this way and have over and 830 credit score now. The only drawback is that this is why I don't have any super high dollar things, and why it takes soo long for me to get go fast stuff done, I save up for it then yes I still use a credit card for ease of payment, plus I get like 2% cash back on purchases , then pay the bill off with what I saved up.

That's the way to do it, man. I've got 2 out of 4 of my credit cards zeroed out and plan on keeping them at $0 until all 4 are paid off, then doing it exactly like you are already. Luckily I've never missed a payment and my credit now is awesome, never had an issue getting a car loan or anything lol.

Thats the ONLY way to properly use credit. If you cant afford to buy it with cash... then you cant afford to pay for it in CREDIT. PERIOD.

So a loan is $105 a month, and the rest of my income can be set in sections...but the biggest remained is for the car lol

Then that does not count as affording cash. If u can then pay it all off first payment. NO INTREST.
If u stretch it out... thats not what we mean by onlybuse as much credit as u can afford in cash.
