Lol I was just using basic windows movie maker, so nothing special... but it did take a while between loading everything in with the transitions and getting the music volume right so it wasn't overpowering the car sounds.

There isn't an option in movie maker (that I saw) to fade the music as the video sounds come in unless i split the music into sections which I didn't feel like doing.

Yea it's usually about an 18 hour drive straight through... I only stop for food or bathroom unless I have a family member following me.

I've done it alot over the past few years and only this past time driving home over the summer got to me. I hadn't slept the night before I left and I started falling asleep about 12 hours into the trip.. it was a nightmare.. I tried to pull in a rest stop and sleep but then I couldn't even sleep.. it got quite ridiculous.

I caught myself a handful of times falling asleep and literally started chugging sodas and slapping myself in the face to stay awake. It was funny though because when I finally got to buffalo to visit my gf I didn't go to sleep for like another 10-12 hours.. I ended up playing guitar hero for hours lol.

LOL! I suck at guitar hero, but its a fun game to play. I'd love to take a long distance trip in my Formula. I really want to drive it down to the LTX Shootout from Rochester, NY but it doesnt look like thats going to happen. Ooohh well, maybe someday. lol

Haha I'm only good on easy (3 buttons). Yea the drives aren't too bad but they suck when you're alone

On a side note, good God has my welding gotten a ton better since those pics were taken. What a difference a years makes! Don't worry though, with some exhaust wrap she'll look fine... and she'll make power!
