Once again no start

Y'all know iv had this problem before. Car has new opti, new coil, new plugs and wires, new icm, new icm pig tail, new coolant sensor. U can hear it kick one time when trying to start it after that just turns over. Fuel pressure is 50# key on falls to 45# and stays. Car also has msd 6al, 2 step and timing control. Any other ideas?

Did you check for spark at the coil

What brand opti did you install? Are there any DTC's present? Some DTC's do not illuminate the "check engine light" but still prohibit the engine from firing.

Now I know...it's a accel opti. I was in a bind and had to go with it. Coil is new. Icm is new.. When it warms up outside it will start. Can't read the DTC's cus of the obd1 PCM swap. And my aldl cable hasn't came in yet but the light is on.
