I got there at 10am and got 2 runs by noon and that was it. after over an hour in the lanes I backed out....I need to learn how to drive my car all over again. 2.2 60's and low 13 sec runs....not fast at all. Still burning rich and I'm sure the plugs are fouled again. I felt I was granny shifting for some reason also. here's a quick vid. me and Rick did line up but my window woldnt go up so they backed me out...2 minutes later it was fine

Yeah sounded like it bogged a little out of the hole. Ive heard of 6speeds doing that, most just add more gas to fix it. Leave at a little higher RPM. And yes you are granny shifting...what RPM are you shifting at...sounds like you could wrap it out more.

Just seat time alone will pick you up...from the vid theres a little room for improvement. Sounds like the car has a cam in it..what all is done to the car?

car is pretty well built. I have been running it stock before this motor for years. I am shifting low at like 6200, it's needs 7,000 with the 597/612 cam. still leary about the 10 bolt rear..I havn't ran in 3 years and just getting back to it with this new setup..

both window motors are new. I yanked the switch out and it worked..Dam I wanted to Kick Rick's arse so bad..would have been like a 4,000 launch and shifting at 7,000 where I should be...would be nice to beat the guy who built your car.....lol
