hahaha ya most people do. but where i work we run 24/7 and the only time were down is for a shutdown and thats the busiest time of the year for me. lol
plus all this extra cash is going into the camaro. ;)

I'll be off shore, I had it off but agreed to work over since I had Thanks Giving and New Years off this year. I honestly don't mind working Christmas, my family isn't Christian and I am not particularity religious anyway, so if I work opposite of some one who is, I would rather they have it than me.

Have to love working for GM headquarters - we're off from the 23rd through the 1st as paid holidays, I took off the 20th, Jan 2nd, and Jan 3rd. 19th is my last day at work and don't have to come back until January 6th. :yay:

thats awesome man. i used all my holidays already this year. i get 4 weeks a year and like to take most of the summer off. plus i dont have any kids or anything so working over holidays isnt a big deal to me. and the extra money i get this time of the year is pretty awesome, and pays for a lot of car parts. like we $650 for christmas eve and $650 for christmas night. and thats on top of the OT we get.
