I have a T-56 swap (Was rebuilt not too long ago - has service tags on it still) for a 93-97 LT1. Comes with:

All bolts, sensors, pigtails, etc

Pretty much everything you need for the swap, just buy a new clutch. - $1,600 + shipping

Built TH350 with shift kit (no brake - standard valve body) About 300 miles on everything. - $300+ shipping
