No start problem

I have a issue with my car. Every once in a while it won't start. I've tested everything. Injectors have no pulse when this happens, has spark and fuel pressure(50# key on falls to 45#) if I pump the gas pedal it starts. What could cause this?

I've done a obd1 swap and I don't have the aldl cable yet. So I don't know and I can't get ahold of my tuner.
