I cant get on LTX on my phone!

Every time I try and get on LTX on my Galaxy s4 it says that their was an error on the website link. The first time this happened I freaked out and thought something happened to this site. I already lost Speedensity.:( Anyways, does anyone know how to fix this. I've seen a post about Tapatalk in the lounge area.

Are you using the LTx App? If so that's not being supported anymore. We do keep the Tapatalk plugin updated so that app functions fine with the forum (and others depending on where you're at).

i use tapatalk on my s4. a couple days ago i could not get on ether. but everything's back to normal now.

Thats weird...I am on tapa 95% of the time (and that is ALOT) with no issues. I have seen some people complaining about the tapa update.

I've never downloaded the LTX app or Tapatalk. The only app I've down loaded, that I know of, is Skype. I noticed this a few days ago. This is what the screen says.25260

For those that are having issues with the site -- could you do me a huge favor? When you get those error messages like 504 Gateway timeout, could you please immediately go to http://www.whatsmyip.org/ and write down what your IP address is?

We have a LOT of IP addresses blocked based on what country the IP was associated with. I have a feeling that folks who are getting 504 Gateway timeouts or other random error messages are on an IP address that was blocked.

I go to the full site using google not the "app". It works fine if I'm on my home WiFi. I tried the whatsmyip.org and I get the same message. Is this an issue I need to take up with t-mobile? Every other site I try works fine.

FWIW a guy I work with has the same phone and his gives him the same android message as mine. It tries but never fully loads all the pics on Christies phone.

Which app are you using? The old, unsupported LTxTech app or Tapatalk?

So when you get the same message going to whatsmyip.org - was that on your home wifi or on the mobile network?

AWesome - happy to hear that fixed it. Turns out a few months ago we had an issue where there were a handful of IP addresses which were absolutely flooding our server so we put in a Firewall block on those IPs. Your phone must keep getting assigned to that IP in your mobile provider's pool. I turned the rule off since it's been awhile and that appears to have fixed it.

Don't want to start a new thread... but why won't it let me view the full site? I used to for the last year and accidentally logged off my phone and now when I logged back on and click on the full site button at the bottom it says 404 something error
