anyone got a lead on injector offsets for bosch 34lb injectors from the supercharged 3800's. part number is 0-280-155-811 or 24508208. advertised as 34 lb/hr. thanks in advance!

I would start with the factory gm offset for the stock injectors. I'm betting that will get you very close.

Doesnt matter now, these things are too short and spray fuel everywhere....

There are 2 notches on the injector for the retaining clip that holds the injector to the rail. Make sure you are on the top notch.

bosch 3's do not use the retaining clips. i had to do the tpi trick and use two o rings on the bottom of the injector, one in each groove. when i only used one on the bottom i primed the fuel system and the injectors pushed out of the rails. now with two o rings it acts as a spacer and doesnt slide down into the intake as far.

im gonna leave the offset vs voltage table alone, i just put 34 lb/hr in the constant slot, car is running better already. i thought for a while my stockers were clogged/wore out and i think i was right.

this image is for reference, this is from a thread on corvetteforum.com about installing bosch 3's in a 92 vette, if you notice there are two o-rings on the bottom. the ones i had didnt have that, and i was told not to put it on. well if you dont since these do not use the clips they slide right down into the intake out of the rail when fuel pressure is applied. you have to put it there. fuel spraying all over isnt cool man. i went on thirdgen.org under my old name and asked somebody who uses bosch 3's and he had the same problem when he bought new ones that didnt have that second ring.
