Okay so a few weeks ago my opti kicked the boot and i changed it, i also changed the water pump, coolant temp sensor on water pump, ignition coil. The car ran fine, but when it sits for a long period of time, it will turn over, fire, then stall out, and i have to feather the gas to get it running and once running it is usually fine. I thought it was the plugs and wires so i changed them, but it is the same problem. and after the plug and wire change, i feel like it went down in performance. The only code that is set is 15 which is for low coolant temp. Code 23 which is the intake temp came up but went away. once it is running it is fine, no stalling. any ideas? could it be because of the code 15? and it is probably just a bad sensor right? i connected a tech 1 and it read that the coolant is at -36 degrees farenheit

That's either a wiring issue for the sensor or a bad sensor. These should help point you in the right direction:

I had a similar problem. With my car stall out after it would start like 2 seconds it would start then die.. The injectors wasn't pulsing. Turned out to be a icm. Check the voltage. With a ohms reader

turned out that the coolant sensor was preventing it from starting correctly

Coolant, or ambient air temp sensor?

Have you put a fuel pressure guage on it to make sure it's holding pressure?
Edit: you solved the problem
