I changed the way the RSS feeds work here. Instead of displaying an icon near every forum, there is now one RSS button at the bottom of the forum that will take you to the list of RSS feeds.
This eliminates that little RSS icon next to every forum title, which was pissing me off. This will not impact anyone who has been subscribed to RSS feeds, so all should remain working and well.
Thanks for reading!

Really Simple Syndication.
Basically, it takes information from the forum, and then with an RSS reader, you can monitor topics and shit without having to log onto the forum all the time.
So for instance, you are at work and you are busy working on a project. You can setup an RSS feed from this site and it will post all of the topics for you, kind of like a stock ticker. There are all sorts of devices that support RSS, like PS3 and cell phones. You can stay connected to the forum without being on the forum!
Click on this link:

and then click on one of the RSS icons. you can see how it strips all of the info from the forum and makes a nice little xml file for viewing on devices that can read xml files. Pretty schwag!

It's not posted anywhere, you just remove the forum info from the end of the link so the rss pulls the entire forum instead of a specific one.

I grabbed the link from one of the subforms and chopped off the variable ("&forumid=#") so it wouldn't filter the results by forum number.
I program web-based applications every day at work, so I know my way around a lot of web technologies such as javascript, xml, php, asp .net, html, etc.

Ok, so how often does this RSS update?? Reason I ask is because it's WAY behind the power curve right now.
