Getting 2 free stock 16" TA wheels. Needs some stickies

I'm getting 2 free stock 16" wheels from a TA. I want some M/T Street Radials. What's the best size to get for these wheels?

245/50/16 I'd imagine.

Would it be worth putting 245 street radials on it?

Well, it depends on the use of them. My rims are 16x8's and I have 245/45/16s on them.

So for occasional street/strip use.. Would it be worth putting 245 street radials on them. Yes/No? Is it worth spending the money on them?
