Hi, i have a 95' z28 and want to add some power, its bone stock other than me removing the smog pump and related plumbing. It has about 110k on it and i wanted to know what would be the best head and cam setup. Its a daily driver and will never see the track, so i am just looking for a little more power. And also wanting to know if doing an upgrade on an engine with this amount of millage is even worth it. Any and all input and advice is appreciated.....

H/C is fine on a 100,XXX mile engine as long as its healthy.
I would recommend a LE1(if on budget) or a LE2 package from loyd Elliott. I had his LE2 package in my old 95 with stock bottom, and it was no slouch.

Ok, i have never built an engine so excuse me if i sound dumb. I checked out the LE2 package and its $1600, thats a good number for me. Now this is where my inexperienced question comes in. Can i just bolt those heads on and install the included cam without changing any other internal engine parts? And if not what all will i need to complete this upgrade?

You will need to install new lifters, pushrods, good set of 1.6 RR, and new timing chain since it's already took apart.
Other then that higher flow injectors amd a tune.

I like my advanced inductions stuff.. You can't go wrong with Lloyd Elliot or advanced inductions. You'll also need a tune done, bigger injectors, if your an auto you'll need a bigger torque converter if your a 6 speed you'll need a better clutch. I'd also suggest a set of long tube headers and a read gear swap. But to be honest... Heads and cam come after you do all your basic bolt ins...

Yep - don't get ahead of yourself. You'll want to do all of the basic bolt-ons first. Those packages are very good but you need the supporting modifications first and foremost. Thinks like headers, CAI, full exhaust, rockers, suspension, tuning, converter/drivertrain, etc. all should come first.
